His guitar and baseball skills are the best but my father’s a wee bit KY

-Me and my father, although it said that the posture of our faces looking down is just like the splitting image of each other, I myself don’t really get it. But, while I listen to my father’s guitar absent-mindedly, I imagine “Oh, for me, don’t arrange that phrase in that way from there…”, but I play it quite the same way. On such times like that, I think it’s really like parent and child. By the way, in front of people I call him “Otousan", but if it’s in front of my father only, I call him “Papa” yo.

-In the Okamoto household, parent and child should not be strict to each other. Basically, I am glad that we are allowed to do anything freely. When we happen to give advices for the guitar, we say “The sound is sloppy yo” or “Sound the string well”, to that degree. Once in a while, there are times that when I play in my room, father too plays the guitar with one hand, and spontaneously a jam session begins. Though we seldom exchange words, we are deeply connected by the guitar.

-The amazing thing about my father is his honesty. When we watched a movie together that was supposed to be interesting, he right out said “Boring”. Last year, when I was asked what birthday present is good, he declined a little replying “It’s good to have nothing you want”. Then, according to his words, I really got nothing…. At that time, I thought “read the atmosphere a bit” ne (laughs). Another thing I respect from him is baseball. The other day, when we went to the batting center together, he fully whipped up a strong fast ball. Because I am in the soccer group, I am completely of no use…. Someday I want to compete with him na!

My Loungewear Guide
Bascially the upper part of my body is bare, and for the bottom it’s sweats. I choose XL for shorts, I wear dabodabo super loose style yo. Once I come home I change my clothes right away, and the light of the room switched to indirect lighting. In dim light, I like spending time playing guitar in a laid-back mood!
